【Ingredients】: 

Whole chicken

baby potatoes

onions

celery

broccoli

carrots

Black pepper

salt

rosemary

thyme

cumin

mustard seed dressing


【Step】:

1. Wash the onions, carrots, celery, and broccoli separately and cut into pieces. Take half of the ingredients, pour them into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and a little rosemary;

3. 【Tips】:

1. Roast chicken must be marinated with salt, especially inside, so that it can add more flavor.

2. Put vegetables and spices in the belly of the roast chicken to make it look fuller, and secondly to remove the fishy taste.
