【Ingredients】: 

65g butter

120g low-gluten flour

30g powdered sugar

chopped green onion

2 egg yolks, Mayonnaise

5 cheese slices

1g salt


【step】:

1. The butter is softened at room temperature, add icing sugar, and beat until the color becomes white and the volume becomes larger, add egg yolks one by one, and beat well

2. Break the cheese slices into small pieces and add in. You can also use the block cheese you like, grating and adding in, and mix well

3. Sift in salt and low-gluten flour, mix well with a rubber spatula, and mix until there is no dry powder, without excessive mixing (the well-mixed dough is not sticky)

4. Divide the dough into 10 grams each, put them into the baking tray one by one, use your fingers to make small pits on the surface, squeeze an appropriate amount of mayonnaise, and then sprinkle a little green onion on the surface and put it into the preheated oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes

5. Let cool after being out of the oven, and store in an airtight seal.
