【Ingredients】: 

Two small sweet potatoes

two eggs

a little milk

two bananas

a little oatmeal

mango

sugar-free yogurt


【Steps】:

1. Beat two eggs in a bowl, add a little milk and mix well, add instant oatmeal, mix well and set aside.

2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes, put them in a steamer and steam them.

3. After the sweet potatoes are steamed, add bananas and mash them into a puree.

4. Spread greased paper on the baking bowl, spread the mashed sweet potatoes into the baking bowl and compact, pour in oatmeal and egg liquid, and put banana slices on the surface.

5. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, put it in the oven and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

6. After baking, pour the yogurt in the middle, put the mango granules, sprinkle some chopped parsley, and garnish with fresh rosemary.
